TRYOUT PREP TEAM
Our Mission:
Town Softball season over and your athlete is looking for more?
You are not alone! Over the last couple of weeks GSE has received dozens of emails asking about the same thing. "Is there anything available over the next 6 weeks that can keep my softball player active and ready for tryouts?"
That answer is Yes! We are rolling out a new program that I expect will become a staple here at GSE. We will be introducing a "Tryout Prep Program" this year that will start the week of June 16th.
This program will focus on keeping athletes' softball skills sharp as they prepare for travel ball tryouts in the later part of July. Our coaches will work to make sure your player is getting the reps needed to head into the tryout season as strong as possible!
PROGRAM DETAILS
Open to ages 8 to 14
Practices: 6/16 thru 7/14. (6 total)
This is meant for players not currently playing A level travel ball, but it is open to anyone.
Practices will be held in Allenstown at Volunteers Park on Monday nights from 5-8PM. The final practice is to take place on Friday 7/18 to complete the 6 sessions.
Cost: $150 (payable through PayPal. A link will be sent to you after signing up!)
Each week, players will work through a series of drills that focus on fielding, hitting, and throwing fundamentals.
